Pros

the best parts were the free gym membership and the nice people. Lots of opportunity for progression as well.

Cons

The pay was pretty terrible, and there was a constant turnover of staff, creating a stressful atmosphere for managers due to understaffing and new trainees

Pros

Virgin itself is a good company to work for. Offer great benefits being part of the virgin group and complimentary gym, pass helps. Offer loads of training to help you in your role.

Cons

Pay is minimum wage, timings dont provide balance, early is normally 6;30am-2pm and lates are usually 4pm-10pm. No pay increases on bank holidays and no bonus incentives. They are also usually zero hour contracts
