Staff benefits like pesion life insurance and growth. It used to be great when branson still involved. Now budgets and targets is in order yo exspense of great underpaid staff

Members treat u like floor and think you there to pick up after them. Senior management so scared of social media.

The people who work there. Facilities are of a good standard generally but poor in my club. Courses available to staff Buddy membership

Cons

Poor pay in Fitness. PT starting off especially, too cut throat with their pay tier system. You cant earn money until you bring money in for the club. Starting off a member may pay £35 and you get under £8 a session. Disorganised company Mistakes in payroll common Company's priority is revenue
