A fun and enjoyable environment. If you have the right guidance and a good Fitness Manager you can do well.

Cons

Can be left on your own without much support or guidance. Success is largely down to your own self-motivation or a good fitness manager

Pros

Free membership for all virgin active clubs for you Aldbourne friend. Discounts in classes.

Cons

Terrible low salary, as a membercare for colleges and members you are nothingnothing, to much work for a single person. Unsafe place of work. No pay when you are long Time sick, just the ssp. So they are gonna leave you resourceless to face bills and sickness. Plus the don't care what happen to you. Also the make mistakes every month with the over time payment

Don't join as a PT if you like getting paid

Some development in terms of courses, mainly internal.

Cons

Exerp system, personal trainers don't get paid if the VA policy isnt followed to a T.
