Feel like the company truly believe these and want their people to enjoy coming into work - Innovative products - Great employee benefits - Interesting & varied work/projects which rely on creativity as well as strategy and analysis - Learning and development - if you need the learning investment as part of your role, it's there - The people!!

Cons

- Morale in some teams; however the company are going through a culture shift so this will change
