- Great values, that are actually being implemented and more importantly embedded and 'lived' throughout the Company - Great development - Supportive teams and management - friendly place to work - Open culture, everyone encouraged to be themselves - Trust given to everyone to be the best they can - Fun place to work - Office environment relaxed - Great work life balance - Fast paced - never dull

Cons

- Not enough social activities, maybe introduce a social committee to expand on the opportunities to meet our great colleagues

Unlike most employers at Virgin Active you are actually valued as a true asset of the team and your hard work doesn't go unnoticed. Hands down the best company I've worked for. Been here for 2 1/2 years and am enjoying every minute of it. Looked after well, many benefits and great people.

Cons

To be fair, there's not any major cons.

Free membership for you and a friend, decent pay per hour

Cons

Management were often inflexible (considering I was part-time and a student) and I was made to work more than contracted hours during exams.
