Friendly management Nice positive atmosphere Met celebrities Freedom to rearrange shifts Most customers were kind and if they had complaints management would handle them

Cons

Breaks had to be requested when on poolside for 8 hours (this club was new to having lifeguards) There was disparity in pay to what was offered at interview to signing the contract

Getting free membership to the facilities (Gym, Swimming pool, Sauna... etc)

Cons

Work isn't mentally stimulating and can be very boring

Membercare are cleaners. They are treated badly be every other department and expected to help everyone else and get no help in return. Would never recommend VA to anyone
