      Membership and other perks of the virgin brand. Great co-workers and the environment.

      Cons

      Management, they did not care about you. They give cleaners the cold-shoulder and make decisions without asking you. I got redundancy without being told until the last week and it did affect me. Employee turnover was ridiculous, you could get to know a new person every 2-3 months, honestly.
