Low Pay - High Work Hours

Not many, only pro would be that the facilities are good and modern. You also get free membership.

Cons

You only get minimum uniform pieces, pay is extremely low and purely based on client numbers rather than time on the gym floor.

We have recently improved our PT pay setup and it is extremely competitive. It includes employee benefits, no rent, increasing hourly rate for experience/CPD and using the best facilities at our VA clubs.
