- Training courses once you pass probation - Free membership for you and a friend - Birthday is given as a paid day off

Cons

- Minimum wage that is not driven by the industry - All the good 'Virgin Values' are simply not taken on by Management - Payed wrong 5 times in the space of 6 months - Differing processes for different managers creates chaos - High turnover of staff

Cons

No food on shift (like huh?) No coffee on shift (double huh?) This is more than a FOH job, you will have to cover kitchen, prep, foh, service, barista, KP,... it's. a lot for minimum pay
