Pros

Loved working here, great team, great members, lots of training and chances to move up. I worked here when I was at uni and continued to work here part time for over 10 years whilst pursuing my teaching career. I loved every minute. If the pay met my teachers salary I would give up teaching and go back in a heart beat.

Cons

Pay didn’t progress over time. But it was a good starting wage for someone straight out of uni.

Part of the Virgin family. The culture is amazing and the benefits were also good. Management at my club was very supportive!
