Pros

Being a part of the Virgin family is really good. So much training which is really helpful and you feel really looked after with great managers and co workers. So great that you get a membership and a buddy membership for free so you can swim or go to any classes you like. Also there is lots of opportunity for progression and discounts on bits

Cons

Depending on where you are working you could be doing a lot of cleaning. It's actually quite hard work for not much pay
