- Allowed to use gym equipment when on break and out of working hours - Training provided

Cons

- 8 hours standing on your feet. Not allowed to sit down unless on break. - Pressure to make sales that are unrealistic. - Impossible to reach sale targets, Commission... Good luck trying to get it. - Expected to help all teams on deck due to staff shortage

No food on shift (like huh?) No coffee on shift (double huh?) This is more than a FOH job, you will have to cover kitchen, prep, foh, service, barista, KP,... it's. a lot for minimum pay
