Literally the most toxic company I ever worked for. They bend the rules and there's a lot of secret dealings behind closed doors. They regularly lay people off- definitely before they get to the 2 year mark. There is absolutely no job security.

- Management heeft een authoritaire structuur - Targets worden omhoog gezet nadat een team goed presteert, waardoor bonussen niet worden gehaald - Snelle doorlooptijd - Management communiceert slecht met elkaar en met werknemers - Heel corporate, wat het niet waard is voor minimumloon. - “Potentiele klanten” worden soms meer dan 20 keer gebeld - Trainingen bestaan uit “hou je aan het script” - Leads worden binnendoor doorgespeeld naar medewerkers die er langer zitten, dit voegt toe aan de doorlooptijd - Soms weet ik of ik in een kantoor zit of tussen de Markengouw en de Waalenburgsingel

no pros as it was my worst employment, had to go to Romford for training, which was a horrible experience, have to pay for you on fuel and parking

Cons

they don't pay for fuel and parking, have to pay out of your own pocket end up getting less than minimum wage at the end of the month as your paying for your own fuel very sleezy sales tactics not good for the customers heavy staff turnover as they don't really care lots of micro managing sell you dream job but its not what they say
