* As a senior leader, I’ve had the autonomy to shape strategy and drive meaningful improvements within my function. The company encourages ownership and accountability at all levels. * Achievements are regularly celebrated, and feedback is encouraged. This has helped build a strong sense of community and morale across teams. * There’s a clear focus on customer-centricity and operational excellence, which makes it easier to align teams around shared goals. * Collaboration across departments has improved significantly within the last year and a lot of work has been put in to driving a more aligned overall strategy. * There’s a much greater focus on internal mobility and leadership development. I’ve seen colleagues grow into new roles and responsibilities with the right support and mentoring.

Cons

Some internal systems and workflows are still evolving to match the scale and complexity of the business. While this presents opportunities for innovation, it often requires senior leaders to step in and proactively streamline processes or bridge operational gaps.
