Theres no pro in the sales roll

Very poor experience overall. The company felt extremely target-driven, with a lot of pressure placed on employees and not enough genuine support. In my experience, the role expectations and earning potential were not as clear as they should have been, and employees could feel taken advantage of. Management support varied, and the working environment often felt stressful and unfair. I would not recommend it unless you are comfortable with heavy sales pressure and uncertainty.
