I was an ARC Ambassador on the Night Shift until very recently, while my time at Verisure was short due to the opening of a dream position elsewhere. Managers gave direct and honest feedback, any and all disabilities are catered for with zero question. Pay was above-minimum and has a very desirable increase after 3, 6, then 12 months.

Cons

Minimal support for night staff, a 24hr company should have 24hr support lines.
