Cons

The package is a bit vague , the commission seems changed after joined the company which is seems different from the time we've been introduced .

Pros

This job provides freedom and independence to plan your days and weeks. I received lots of support and guidance from the managers. The salary package is also satisfactory.

Cons

The downside is work-life balance. Sometimes you must work outside the contracted hours, but the bonuses and incentives can cover the labor.
