      Ok well balanced! Good place to start your career, not for the long run though.

      Pros

      Your best option to develop your professional experience and consolidate your career. Upper management are throroughly reviewed so that you cannot run into bad managers. Diverse and tolerant in LGTBI aspects. Flexible entrance and exit shifts (excluding operative positions with very strict shift positions). They allow you to pick the remote day that best suits your schedule.

      Cons

      Hybrid system with very few remote days per quater. Old fashion in many aspect. More inclined to in-person style. No health insurance as perk in any position.

      Some of the people you meet are excellent but won’t likely stick around.

      Cons

      Realistically you get around 5-6 months to hit a continuous streak of at least 7 sales, if you miss for two months then you’re out. Sounds simple but you won’t receive any help.
