Pros

No reason as this company are the worse in UK.

Cons

No life 500£ using of petrol from my own pocket plus my own car Targets so high, so you would never get commission . If you don't get the target they dismissed you straight away . When you pass your exams they say they will pay 400£ but they never do .

Thank you for your review. We understand the promotion period can be quite challenging, however, upon completion of training and probation criteria met all sales colleagues receive a Verisure vehicle with a fuel allowance. Verisure are proud of the compensation package we provide to our colleagues and are transparent through our onboarding process. Thank you for your feedback, we will ensure you comments are shared with the relevant department.

Pros

Opportunity to make friends: Despite the challenging work environment, you were able to form friendships, which can be a positive aspect of any workplace.

Cons

Lack of Work-Life Balance: You were required to work without sufficient rest, and even on your days off, you were expected to attend to clients. Constant Pressure: The pressure from management to constantly deliver, regardless of personal time or well-being, was overwhelming. Negative Company Culture: The practice of displaying sales results publicly added unnecessary stress and could feel humiliating, particularly during periods of lower sales. Disregard for Employee Rights: Management did not respect your right to take time off, even when requested well in advance, and attempted to tie it to performance metrics. Intrusion into Personal Time: Even during your supposed time off, you received work-related calls from your manager and supervisor. Unreasonable Expectations: Your manager attempted to impose higher sales targets as a condition for approving your vacation time.
