      Pros

      Even though Uber is growing crazy fast, it still has a startup feel. The people I work with are super smart, driven, and helpful (that goes for all departments not just engineering). I find it really motivational that I get to work on hard problems that have a massive impact worldwide. Also it's great to tell people you work at Uber because almost everyone knows the product.

      Lunches aren't the best I've had, but still pretty good overall ;)
