      Pros

      After many year in a small company, I'm having great time at Uber. I'm learning a lot from skilled coworkers and I had opportunities to work on important project from the first week. I really love the transparency about internal metrics. Also, great benefits.

      Cons

      The fast growth of the company may not be for everybody, things are changing really fast.

      - execute fast, move fast - amazing growth - great morale

      Cons

      - Benefit could be better, for example, it would be great if the company can get caltrain gopass and Mifi (hotspot) for the employee who spend several hours on commute.

      Company is amazing- intelligent employees, ambitious goals, passion and execution are unmatched. Can't believe how quick they're moving. Refusal to accept mediocrity.

      Cons

      Intensity of work and aggressive culture- for great reasons and with good results, but you'll have to self-moderate to keep yourself from burning out.
