- When you work at Uber you are surrounded by truly smart individuals. I learned so much from so many people, I felt like working at Uber for a year provided me with 5 years of work experience. - The sky is the limit in what you can do/accomplish. If you can make a data-backed decision to do something then you are encouraged to go for it. - Fun, exciting atmosphere

- The structure is constantly changing to the point where it makes it difficult to do your job.
