      Pros

      Competitive salary and lots of responsibility at an early age helps you mature. The people I've met are ones that no other company has. Best in the world!

      Cons

      Long and odd hours can be taxing on your personal life if you have a family. I'm lucky I'm a little more flexible with my budget.

      UPS stores are owned by franchise owners and view employees as replacable

      Pros

      store closed at 6:00pm. didn't have to work past then. the only good reason to work there.

      Cons

      pay was low. management sucked. good job for college student not someone trying to make ends meet.management was the franchise owner. there was no room to move up. unless you work for the UPS corporation NOT the franchised owned stores. good luck getting in. its competitive even getting in the part-time openings
