Pros

You get to leave home and eventualy youll die from overwork so you wont have to go back.

Cons

i worked at cach, their biggest facility.i decided to quit when dan neville, regional manager at the time, yelled, berated me and threatened to fire me because instead of filling out SALT sheets, i was to busy loading packages since they cut out hourlies to save on operation costs. Now managment is not allowed to load due to the union and upper managment yells of they catch you but god forbid you do not get a trailer filled and out on time.dont have the employees?not their problem its your fault your employees called off. so what if you do suck as a superviser?no problem theyll just put you into training department.yes i dont understand that logic either.
