Pros

I worked as a volunteer via a swiss employment program, called Syni. - Good line for CV, especially for a junior - international and multicultural environment

Cons

- Rude, snobbish. and hypocritical people, terrible work atmosphere - No communication within the same floor, no team spirit - High level of rotation - Volunteers and interns are not paid, and they are not valued at all nor given responsibilities - Slow and bureaucratic - Lack of transparency - Poor management - etc. etc.

Pros

None, To be honest, i don´t remember any

Cons

1) they communicate all the steps with a day in advance...so, they seem in an urgency 2) When the process is concluded, they don´t comunicate anything I knew later they choose an interrim candidate and I was just used to make him compete

Pros

The team I am at, we have good manager, good team bonding, support each other's back.

Cons

the whole company is a mess, they said they are non profit, in most of my life, I volunteer and donate monthly. Until i join this non profit company, 60% of the company get wasted to send inefficient mailing to the existing donor for more money donation each month. each mailling caimpaign is around 10 -15 dollars, there are minimum money goes to donor. There are a lot of politics and racist culture embedded here, and it is accepted. They do not value employee as asset, you are just working machine, you are so easy to replace, just head down do the work without a lot of crazy expectation. Super bad benefit, you will get benefit until 3 months after, it is super old school. there 99% of orgazanization in the world give you benefit right after you join. you are giving 3 months service without any protection. Just Dont go this organization If you read this message, go and wrap burger in some restaurant you might be happier. you get nothing from this organization, except bullying, racist, low pay.
