Pros

-the name of course, one of the best non-profit organizations in the world

Cons

-no room for really moving up, although that is what i was seeking -as an intern you don't really do much and they don't give you great fulfilling work to do (mostly photocopying, paper shredding, etc)

- hard working and committed staff - visionary, accessible and strong senior leadership of UK office - clear impact - good professional and personal development while still having transparent & fair recruitment

Cons

- pay is below average, and working well beyond your capacity is the norm - NY & Geneva offices can be a hindrance as well as a help
