Pros

Humanitarian organization that one always takes pride in working for. Fighters for children rights. Good working conditions. Cooperation with government and non-government partners.

Cons

Too administratve. New rules, processes, administrative steps etc. all the time. Too many meetings and planning vs. no time left for real work. Reports, reports, reports... Staff overburdened with huge amounts of work.
