Pros

Somewhat relaxed atmosphere, wasn't micromanaged on daily basis, small local offices have a lot of freedom. Very good environment for younger inexperienced workers to get some experience, practice foreign language, learn the culture in another country and find out how corporate world operates.

Cons

Part time workers are not paid so well, expected to work on call, weekends too. There is always chance to be relocated, even to another country if they lack of resources.

Pros

Working for an organization with great reputation and the most important cause: the welfare of children. Multi-cultural environment.

Cons

Not always coherent between what promotes for women and children vs. the benefits for its employees. Too much burocracy. Too less autonomy (extremely vertical organization).

Pros

Very multi-cultural work setting and ability to work with people with interesting and varied backgrounds.

Cons

A very hierarchical structure depending on where you work. Working in a country office can allow for more flexibility and responsibility, but working in the HQ or regional offices is more rigid and less flexible.
