Great working environment and benefits, filled with passionate, professional and friendly colleagues who give their best on their jobs to accomplish the organization's goal of protecting children's rights all over the world.

Cons

Only con is you barely have any opportunities for career development and advancement in the area of Information Technology, at least in field offices.

Pros

Amazing company, great corporate culture, amazing intercultural atmosphere. There are lots of traveling involved, and many opportunities for training .

Cons

too much bureaucracy may be a challenge at times, specially with lots of traveling involved difficult times during the crisis (the company had to cut posts), contracts renewal (consultants may be one month or more without a job/payment between contracts), and in the first payment (delays)...
