Pros

The people are great and have the opportunity to move around a lot, and the cause i definitely fulfilling at a personal level.

Cons

The hours were too long for the pay we received, and the payment structure created twisted incentives between actually encouraging people to help or just to get their money.

Pros

People, mission, projects, salary, benefits

Cons

Complicated administration and recruitment policies. Sometimes even excellent Performance Evaluation is not enough to keep the person in the position, you need to comply to staffing rules and regulations which are complicated

Pros

Multicultural, extremely diverse company with people from every imaginable corner of the world. Senior staff is very open and welcoming to interns and other junior staff

Cons

Backlog, things a really really slow-it takes a whole while to get things approved. Its a bummer to have to go over the same draft months and months after the initial research and analysis is done
