great team good salary benefits after 3 month always on the road - you can see the country practice the language get to know people on the street

Cons

difficult working conditions during wintertime it is hard to warm up you have to carry your stuff (big backpack)

Working in international context with people from every corner of the world. Working on an amazing mandate that is ensuring and protecting the rights of every child.

Cons

A lot of external contracts providing no protection for employees rights. Not enough longevity of projects due to a high turnover. Little leadership across the organization
