Great place to work if you can see past the internal politics

Pros

Incredible people, very social and they put wellbeing of employees first. Genuine passion for the cause.

Cons

Some internal politics, with resistance when new leadership tries to do things differently, which is a shame.

Pros

1. Fast-paced and a lot to learn everyday. 2. Great team-members. 3. Team is very transparent with each other. Always helping and supporting each other. 4. Great work-life balance.

Cons

1. A bit hectic on the body since you are essentially standing the whole day. 2. People on the streets can be rude and that can affect you if you're not thick-skinned.
