Does not care much at grass root level interventions very for government and diplomatic Sometimes if you have a bad boss you have it. very power concentric approach in work place

Pros

Flexible working hours are enjoyed by many, especially parents.

Cons

Not many cons in my opinion. I was disappointed to hear that my grand mother was not considered as a close relative when i asked to attend her funeral - but a solution was figured out.
