All benefits accompanied with International Civil Servants such as Education Grant, Installment grant, Rental Subsidy, Home Leave, and other benefits related to travel.

Cons

Limited or slow career growth. No bonuses. Staff can obtain promotions only by applying to a new job at a higher level.

Great cause, the emergency work in countries that need it the most is excellent. Work at the country level is very good in many countries.

Cons

Bureaucracy, lack of innovation, insular mentality, unequal treatment of staff. Friends of senior management get promoted without due process.
