Pros

Everyone was extremely intelligent and working for below market salaries. Benefits other then salary are exceptional

Cons

Doing anything new or impactful was extremely difficult as certain layers of the organisation seek to perpetuate an inefficient working and bureaucratic thinking. Which gets in the way of outcomes for children.
