Pros

Nothing unless you are from Civic Action, Rogers or any of the companies the executives are from.

Cons

It’s not really part of unicef, it’s separate entity. Toxic environment, say yes or see yourself out of the door. Restructuring and lay offs every four months. The CEO Sevaun has got her own people on top, with HR, Comms, and key positions taken by her friends. Employees are leaving without the job Unrealistic goal setting and lack of knowledge of the sector Zero accountability

Pros

it was part time, 4 hours of work everyday with an hour break, good to improve social and communication skills, as well as approaching people and negotiating, good student job

Cons

very tiring, requires talking to people constantly without a break at times, be ready for rude people or interesting interactions, very low pay but ok for student job
