Pros

The overall goal and the key cause to support individuals who are less fortunate, oppressed, and have specific needs is what gets you motivated to go to work everyday hoping that you will make a change for someone's life.

Cons

Not enough trainings and personal development is available. Places are always limited. Career development inside the operation is also difficult as they have this Internal preference system in hiring mainly who is working with them.
