Business Outlook
Pros
Learned a lot in a short period of time, gained a valuable experience, made a lot of friends. kept me busy and all. Truly worked with the best team in the building, was nice to know we had each others backs.
Cons
Some of the problem is having to many people that are related and getting away with a lot. Management could do more to stand behind their top employees. Training is pretty much a 15 min speech and you learn the rest on your own. For a company that is all about safety, they should have better training. A lot of disorganization and wastefulness in every department. Money that can be better spent paying more to employees goes out the window.
