      Good benefits. Flexible schedule. Friendly staff. Wide range of business units/industries/ office locations. Excellent help in support positions.

      Cons

      HR redtape. Lack of ownership and accountability across departments. Strict budgets for lower level employees while upper management spends frivilously on expensive meals and extensive travel.

      Pros

      Great company! Good opportunities for those that are really interested in a career path. For being a global company and a well known mark, makes me proud of working there. UL values are based on integrity, competitiveness and collaboration.

      Cons

      Matrix organization sometimes creates confictive situations in the command chain. Due to global spamming, some cultural aspects also cause administrative difficulties. Workload balance is an issue in some locations also.
