      Recently converted to For-profit so a competetive mindset is starting to fill in.

      Cons

      Old not for profit dominated Managment staff set in their entitlement ways. Lack of accountability at the top. Multi year restructuring is confusing to staff

      Pros

      They pay your salary, but forget about bonus! Too many promess that change all the time. If you are not from Netherlands, forget about promotions!

      Cons

      Very poor top management! The strategy is to sell, invoice, receive and not much delivery. They will tell you a lot of histories to hire that will never happen!
