      International experience: meeting, training, seminars. Leadership and mentoring. Technical knowledge that makes it a reference in certification and testing market.

      Cons

      Sometimes the career path and career development are not clear. Different Business Units receive different level of support. Slow changing.

      - interesting topics - relaxed environment - variety in projects - easy to get up to speed

      Cons

      - easy tasks: most of challenge is in strict deadlines, not in challenging projects. - low salaries with respenct to other software

      Pros

      Good cooperation with colleagues and hi level of professionalism. Very good school for new and un-experienced people. Low level of the company trust in the mission.

      Cons

      Poor middle/ middle-hi management only focuses on revenue without considering people needs especially in company subsidiaries. No chances of career improvements without being a Yes man.
