Friendly work environment, decent projects depending on skill/initiative; good place to fill in gaps in skillset and gather experience before job hopping

Cons

No mobility, impossible to stand out given company size and rigid structure; for ambitious professionals, not the place to stay for long or "climb the ladder"; raises/bonuses basically negligible; as middle mgmt. slide in and out and corporate hierarchy shifts around constantly no equity is stored as far as impressing higher-ups
