      Pros

      Large multi-national company focused on making the world a better place. Large multi-national means the possibility to move into new areas. Not an organisation that is likely to make you redundant. The work can be very interesting and worthwhile.

      Cons

      The company needs to create more career development plans. As an employee, you have to drive your own career. The company should look internally before they hire externally. The IT needs to be improved. They never seem to have the budgets to make any significant improvements.

      Pros

      - Interesting work with customers across the globe. - Depending on team, the culture is great. This may be manager dependent. - Benefits package is great - Starting salaries are in line with industry - Good flexibility for home life issues

      Cons

      - Unnecessary RTO policy for folks who work primarily with external stakeholders - Often overloaded with work, and it's hard to keep up - Pigeon-holing means that you get stuck in the same cycle of work, making advancement a bit difficult - Upper management appears a bit disconnected from the daily grind and comes across as out of touch at times - While starting salaries are decent, advancement is hard, and COL increases are hard to justify the workload impact of the yearly "growth at all costs" mindset
