      Excellent benefits, hybrid/remote work is great, overall atmosphere is good.

      Cons

      Consistency regarding management styles, communication, and lack of performance improvement opportunity (termination, rather than opportunity to address concerns) make it a frustrating environment and causes angst/distrust among colleagues.
