      Pros

      - Co-workers are generally nice people who are more than willing to lend a hand and help you learn. - Direct Managers tend to care about you and help with your personal career development. - Flexible schedule and hybrid work (though this job could realistically be done 100% remote) - Wide array of international clients provides an interesting global perspective and insight into global work culture.

      Cons

      - Upper management has a history of not being transparent about policies pertaining to benefits. - Engineers are constantly asked to take on more and more work without the proper tools in place to efficiently handle additional tasks.

      Pros

      The organization is so big and growing so fast that it’s easy to find and own initiatives or get involved in things that interest you.

      Cons

      The global nature of the company and its size make it very difficult to get things done. Also, it means working long days or difficult hours to coordinate across time zones. Plus, marketing is not seen as a critical function and thus, other departments and leaders cannot clearly prioritize needs and don’t think to invite marketing to be part of strategic decisions.
