      Vacation Days, Annual Dinner, testing new phones before release.

      Cons

      Training out of the peak season is lackluster. Expectations not always clear, and got let go after not "meeting" said expectations.

      Pros

      If you have a good manager, you are given a lot of time and leeway to solve problems. Generally respectful of your time outside of work and allows for flexible hours.

      Cons

      Manager-type roles are more valued than any developer role. That can cause bad managers to lead to exceedingly and needless stress. They have exceedingly bad pay relative to the industry.
