      Great mission, the job is manageable, colleagues are amazing.

      Cons

      Leadership is out of touch and lacks clear direction, cohesion, and qualities to lead a group. Managers leave employees to try to fix processes that are confusing, complicated, and ineffective.

      Pros

      Company was great to work for. Managers and coworkers were all great to work with in my specific department.

      Cons

      They got rid of remote work which forced me to quit. Bad choice to lose myself and other really experienced workers that did not want to move back to the original state to work in office.
