      Company as a whole is organized and professional I experienced no issues with WLB

      Cons

      A lot of red tape Company policies are uniformly applied in a manner which doesn't make sense General penny-pinching is a turn-off

      Pros

      One of the absolute best teams I've ever been a part of. I enjoyed going to work with them every day and I knew that team had each others' back. Great, legacy company with a storied history, clear mandate, and a bright future.

      Cons

      From a marketing standpoint, UL could use really focus in on who it wants to be in the new digital marketplace. A lot of the business and effort is focused on continuing the work UL has done for the last 100 years without considering where they are headed or why they invest in certain marketing functions.
