      Pros

      I’ve been working at this company for a while and I’m really enjoying the experience. The work environment is positive, people are collaborative, and management genuinely cares about employee well-being. One of the biggest strengths is the work-life balance: there’s real respect for personal time. Overall, it’s a workplace where you feel valued and can work with peace of mind.

      Cons

      No company is perfect, of course, but at the moment I don’t feel there are any truly negative aspects worth mentioning or anything that significantly impacts my experience
