Very nice, knowledgeable, hard working colleagues. Can learn a lot here. International exposure: working together with colleagues in many countries on all continents.

Cons

The bank is in a survival mode. It lost a lot of money. Shrinks and cuts operations. Layoffs all the time, from a very top to a very bottom. Four CEOs and four chairmans changed in 4-5 years. Every one is very bright, is an outstanding executive and has excellent ideas, every one changed strategies cardinally - but it is hard to execute and especially to tune up all the strategies so often.
